My Background

Since 2015, I have been enjoying group vacations with Dream Vacations, exploring exotic places around the world and meeting friendly people along the way. These travel tours have allowed me to experience the beauty of travel movies come to life, and even partake in virtual vacations when I can't travel. Each trip is a memorable part of my world-wide vacations journey.

How I Got Started

I was bitten by the travel bug when I was in my 20's. I took my son camping and sightseeing during many summers, and I was hooked on the idea of exploring the world. Since then, I've experienced over 10 countries through various travel tours and even enjoyed some exciting travel movies that inspired my adventures. I plan on embarking on more world-wide vacations and exploring group vacations with friends and family in the future, including some virtual vacations to broaden my horizons!

We have already enjoyed many GREAT VACATIONS to Italy, Greece, Spain, Turkey, Scotland, Ireland, the Galapagos Islands, the Panama Canal Cruise, Belize, South America, and many of the Caribbean Islands. Traveling to Japan and Hawaii has been a delight, both are incredibly beautiful!

My favorite place so far has been Japan, especially during cherry blossom season. I absolutely loved it and hope to go back someday, perhaps as part of a travel tour or a virtual vacation!

St. Thomas is the gateway isle of the U.S. Virgin Islands in the Caribbean. It's known for its beaches and snorkeling spots. Territorial capital Charlotte Amalie, founded by the Danish in the 1600s is a busy cruise-ship port.

St. John is the smallest of the three U.S. Virgin Islands, which are located in the Caribbean Sea. Virgin Islands National Park occupies more than half the island.

Saint Martin is part of the Leeward Islands in the Caribbean Sea.

It comprises two separate countries, divided between its northern French side,

called "Saint-Martin", and its southern Dutch side, "Sint Maarten".

Celebrity Equinox can accommodate 2,850 passengers and 1,250 crew members for each cruise. There are 19 decks in total, and the ship has a gross tonnage of 121,878 GT, as well as a length of 1,041 feet.
